Quick booking Policies

Please read before booking

Appointmets

  • By Appointment only

  • Non-refundable deposit required and will be due at time of booking that goes towards your purchase

  • Travel fees may be required also depending on location

Cancellations

  • 24-Hour notice required to cancel or reschedule

  • Late cancellations= deposit forfeited

  • If you have an emergency, please reach out-We understand life happens!

Payments

  • Accepted: Cash,Card, Venmo

  • All sales are final - no refunds or returns

  • taxes and processing fees may apply

Warranty

  • 30 day warranty on chains/welds

  • Free re-weld if chain breaks within warranty and you still have it

  • Outside warrant: $10-$25 re-weld fee

  • Not resposible for lost jewelry, breaks caused by pulling,snagging, or improper care

Age Requirement

  • Must be 5 years or older

  • Kids 5-10 will only be able to get Bracelets, Anklets and they have their own price sheet please ask us about it

  • Under 18? Parent?guardian must be present to sign consent form

Health Info

  • Not recommended if you have metal allergies or medical devices

  • You are responsible for removing your jewelry for MRIs/surgeries

Social Media

  • Photos and videos may be taken during your service for social media promotion

  • Let us know at check-in if you'd prefer not to be photographed
